DESCRIPTION

"Eat bread and chicory", a popular saying that tells, with a gastronomic metaphor, the hard life of the fields of our ancestors. Of this life, Masilicò wanted to capture the essence, the truest part: harvest and craftsmanship of the products and traditional preservation in oil. And we wanted to transform wild chicory into a special condiment, enhancing its bitter taste with a spicy note. Eating wild chicory had never been so delicious!
