SPELT SOUP
Our soups are flavoured with Tuscan tradition.Every year, at the end of summer, Tuscan shepherds used to lead their sheep from the mountains down to the milder flatlands by the coast for the winter. The shepherds used to eat aquacotta on this journey, a traditional recipe which can now be found in cookbooks across the region thanks to these folks.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Our soups are quick and easy to prepare; in most cases you just need to add water and heat them until you reach the desired thickness.Good both hot and cold, with a dash of extra-virgin olive oil, they should be consumed within two days of opening.
